Screen strain timer
This timer tries to help to reduce the eye strain caused by working long hours in front of a screen. It also introduces a secondary timer with instructions on how reduce body strain for working in an office environment.
A simple way to prevent eye strain is the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, focus the eyes on an object 20 feet (6 meters) away for 20 seconds.
